Urban corner cleaning machines allow the rational processing and cleaning of vinyl window profiles after the welding cycle. Thanks to numerous processing tools not only the weld seam gets removed but also transoms, bars, crosses and overlap sashes get processed.

For more than 4 decades now Urban has been producing the product range corner cleaning machines. We offer a wide variety of machines, from manual cleaning units to single machines with PC-controller to fully automated CNC controlled corner cleaning units. Each machine has a special focus and therefore each and every customer wish can get fulfilled. Urban has the perfect machine model for each purpose and every production demand available. All models allow the flexible selection of the tool places and the tooling can get adjusted according to the customer’s request. Depending on the machine model many additional processing options are available as well and can get completed at any time. Each machine used in a production can get linked to a fully automated production line thanks to roller conveyors, turning stations, sorting- and destacking units and material stock shelves.

The SV 410 achieves high flexibility and efficiency by 10 freely selectable tool positions and their sophisticated arrangement. Of course – regarding the machining units - also multiple tooling is possible.

The PC control - as a standard with an industrial PC basing on Windows - guarantees an operator-friendly handling of the cleaning machine as well as an excellent and uncomplicated integration into your production and easy connection with other machines and lines. The profile identification offers the possibility of a fully-automatic identification of your profiles and profile systems (optionally available).

Additionally you can connect or disconnect different machining units. All in all, 17 tooling positions are available so that up to 26 individual machining units are possible with multiple tooling.

The standard tooling includes: two grooving or cutting knife units, two inside cleaning units, two drilling/milling units and a disc cutting unit. Optionally numerous special tools are at your disposal and offer a variety of machining possibilities: horizontal/vertical knife cutting unit as well as an inside cleaning unit for inclined inner corners and radii (further machining units on demand).

You also can retrofit your SV 530-C with an automatic turning station WT 530-C. By the fully automatic turning and feeding of the window frames you save time and increase your productivity. The proven turning technology guarantees an easy turning of small and big frames with transoms and crosses and individually fits in your production line due to the fact that you can freely choose the throughput direction.

The CNC controlled double-head corner cleaning machine SV 840 guarantees a clean and rational processing of vinyl window frames. Due to the turnable tools, a turning of the frame is no longer necessary and the dynamic of the machine remains stable.

The sophisticated arrangement of the processing tools as well as the software controlled parallel operation up to the indicated minimum measure provide for extremely short cycle times. The standardly integrated 3-dimensional operation method of 7 or 13 electronically positionable AC-servo axis also guarantee flexibility and rationality.

They control the machine via freely programmable CNC-controller with production recording and optionally the profile identification with online possibility to other machines or processing steps. In addition to that, interfaces for an online operation which allow the receiving and sending of data to other front or back machines or PC units are included as standard.

The standard tool equipment consists of four cutting or grooving knife units, four inside grooving knife units, four drill/cutting units and two disc cutters. Various special tools are optionally available and offer a variety of processing possibilities: Knife cutting unit vertical/horizontal, inside grooving unit for inclined inside corners and rounding as well as outside corners with different wide frame and overlap-sashes, corner drill bracket ect.

The special clamping- and centering system of the SV 840 allows the processing of V- or trapeze transom weldings in one processing step. In addition to that, the special “Catch” function allows a fast reclamping from frame top to frame bottom.

A large scale of optionally available accessories of transport and logistic products allows you an ideal adjustment and integration of the machine to your production needs.
