The window and door systems from IGS with the best of sound insulation performance are belong to tilt and turn window and door, casement window, french window, awning window, fixes, bio fold and slide door, tilt and slide door. Those systems have excellent soundproof, the sound can be muffled and lowered by up to 47 dB. Besides that, lift and slide door as well as smart slide door system of IGS also have ability of sound reduction up to 45-47 dB, depending on glass options, accessories, and other material components…

Other window and door systems, such as: easy 2-rail or 3-rail traditional slide, vario slide, multiple slide, those systems are extensively used in Asia and quite popular in Vietnam because they are easy to open and saving opening space. However, these systems have a disadvantage that the distance between the sliding sashes reduces the performance of sound and heat insulation. IGS has increased the sound insulation for these conventional sliding systems by improving the rubber gasket, brush seal, proper sliding interlock, and increase the glazing thickness up to 32-33 mm. As a result, the conventional IGS sliding systems can achieve a sound insulation level between 30 and 32 dB.
